T1 - Workplace Condition Needs for Aging Project Management Personnel in the Construction Industry

N2 - The global population aging brings a series of social and economic problems such as the future labor resources shortage which could be a huge burden for the society. However, the older-aged labor force is so precious that it could be reused in society to ease the burden of labor force. It is same to the construction industry. In order to provide these aging project management (PM) personnel with suitable environment, realize their work value of career, and let them make contributions to the work they do, this paper tried to do research on their condition needs. First of all, this paper identified three aspects including 14 conditions based on literature review. Then data related to the conditions was collected through questionnaire. Ultimately, through constructing the structural equation modeling (SEM), this paper tried to analyze the conditions of workplace and the degree to satisfy these senior personnels' working needs in project management of construction area from the discussion and result.
