abstract = "To strengthen the confidentiality of the dual-band method, a new method added randomness - frequency band division is proposed. At first, the given frequency band is evenly divided, and every frequency of different bands corresponds to each other. Then a frequency band table with randomness prior or average interval prior is generated to control hopping and changing among bands. Core idea of the dual-band method is inherited and the cycle length won't be changed. Theoretical analysis and simulation with Matlab show that sequences generated by the proposed method perform well. On the premise that Hamming correlation property doesn't worsen, confidentiality and balance have been further improved and the method can be used as an effective method of wide interval processing.",
