Abstract

A continuous transverse stub arrays load by gap waveguide is designed in this paper, and the design operating frequency range is 75-110GHz. The proposed antenna consists of a H-plane horn based on groove gap waveguide (GWG), dielectric lens and continuous transverse stub (CTS) arrays. The peak value of the proposed antenna gain of 23.04dB, S11 is less than -11.4 dB over the entire work bandwidth. And the antenna realizes 37 °(from -25° to 12°) beam scanning in the bandwidth. The proposed antenna combines the advantages of both CTS and gap waveguide structures and are compact and easy to manufacture.
