Abstract

With the constant progress of science and technology, high-speed wire rod industry, process, technology, equipment, the rapid development of critical equipment fault diagnosis and maintenance become very important. This paper introduces a system of factory production process volume, described in detail the system's structure, function and site usage with specific cases to demonstrate its effectiveness, and finally, the issue of process systems and online monitoring system for the amount of organic combination of both strengthened the monitoring and diagnosis equipment running, stable and reliable operation of support equipment, but also the production process for effective monitoring and management, to achieve a balanced production, optimizing the production process, Energy consumption, lower production costs, improve product quality, greater efficiency for the enterprise.
