Abstract
Uniform self-organized grating is fabricated by scanning of a single femtosecond laser on ZF6 glass. The scanning electron microscope and atom force microscope results show that the period and tooth length of the uniform coarse grating are 750 nm and 20 μm, respectively. The period of the grating is independent of pulse number, neighboring dots intervals, and laser powers, whereas the uniformity of the grating is largely determined by the above three factors.
