Abstract

With advancement of the Internet, particularly Web 2.0 technologies, social networking sites (SNS) has enjoyed an unparalleled popularity, WeChat become a hot research topic in IS area in recent years. WeChat is, however, now facing fierce competition from 'yixin', 'weblog'. Thus it is of vital importance to do a research about the continuance usage of WeChat. The present study is aims to explore the role of flow experience, self-control, communication environment in driving users to continue using WeChat based on the expectation-confirmation model of information systems(ECM-IS/IT).
