Abstract

An ultra-compact eight-channel wavelength demultiplexer with 20 nm spacing and a footprint of 7.2×12 μm2 is designed via digitized meta-structure. The simulation peak insertion loss is 2.2 dB, and the crosstalk is <-10 dB.
