Type of engineering management problem with excluded plans

A decision problem with excluded goals and restraints is called Or Decision Problem. Generally, these problems are solved by 0-1 Programming. It is well known that 0-1 Programming model is difficult to be obtained and its scale looks large, which leads to the low efficiency of its algorithms. A new model named Or Programming model is proposed, which possesses clear decision significance as well as high calculation efficiency, and can be described easily. At the same time, a case is studied to apply the new model in solving an engineering management problem.
