Abstract

A diode-pumped MoS2 passively Q-switched Nd:Gd0.69Y0.3NbO4 laser at 1066 nm was demonstrated. The maximum value of pulsed peak power was 1.63W with the pulse duration of 532 ns and the repetition rate of 122 kHz.
