Abstract

The perovskite oxides La1-xLixMnO3 were prepared by solid state reactions. The XRD results indicate that all samples crystallize in rhombohedral structure. Except x=0. 0, 0. 3 ones, all samples show a transition from insulator to metal with decreasing temperature within the liquid nitrogen temperature region, where x=0. 15 sample exhibits the highest transition temperature. The negative magnetoresistance phenomena is observed at applying the magnetic field with H=1. 0 T. The EPR signal with g=2. 00 is closely related with the complex of Mn3+-Mn4+ clusters.
