Abstract

To solve the problems of harmonic current and torque ripple caused by PWM dead-time, inverter and sticking error of slotless motor windings, a technology of torque ripple suppression based fast harmonics decomposition algorithm is proposed in this paper. The method can extract the fundamental, 5th and 7th harmonic current in three sampling periods by simple matrix operation and has higher efficiency and accuracy. In the paper, based on harmonic mathematical model of PMSM, the harmonic current and torque ripple are suppressed by harmonic voltage injection. The paper presents detailed theoretical analysis. And simulation results and experimental results demonstrate that the method proposed is effective.
