Abstract
Medium earth orbit (MEO) synthetic aperture radar (SAR) can be divided into several stable ISAR imaging periods under long synthetic aperture time. This manuscript studies the three-dimensional(3D) reconstruction method of ship targets by MEO SAR/ISAR hybrid imaging. To address the geometric distortion in 3D reconstruction results when the interferometric baseline of dual antennas is not perpendicular to the imaging projection plane, a 3D geometric correction method based on a misalignment transformation is proposed. This method can achieve superior 3D reconstruction results for ship targets.
