Theoretical Analysis and Structural Optimization of Ultrathin Permanent Magnet Linear Array Motor

Abstract

With the rapid development of advanced fields such as aerospace and exploration, lightweight, miniaturization, and high reliability have become the development direction of permanent magnet motors. In many applications, multiple adjacent parallel linear motion units are required. We can save space and improve power density by replacing multiple independent motors with array motor. In this article, an ultrathin array permanent magnet linear motor was proposed and the structure was optimized to improve the operational stability.
