Among them, CuPcTs exhibits the strongest optical limiting effect. An explanation based on nonlinear absorption and refraction is provided. And also, the relationship between the d-electron configuration and the third-order nonlinear optical properties of CuPcTs, NiPcTs and CoPcTs were discussed.",
