The study of fire planning in winter cities

To promote the city's fire construction and ensure city safety, this paper takes the urban fire planning in Jixi which is a winter city as the research object. Based on the region characteristics of winter cities and the adaptive technique, this paper deeply analyzed three aspects including the compiling time of fire planning, the fire station locations, the safety guarantee of fire, and then put forward technical methods such as perfecting the urban fire-fighting facilities, establishing the reasonable layout of fire and the system of fire guarantee, etc. which provides technical reference for improving the operability of urban fire planning and basis for making strategy of prevention and mitigation of disaster in city.
