Abstract

In this paper, the macromolecule -capacitor humidity sensor, which is the transducer that can fully monitor gas humidity from 0% to 100%RH, is used to monitor the moisture of SF6. Temperature compensation and curve fitting for humidity capacitor with radial basis function (RBF) neural network are proposed. Furthermore a circuit to realize online monitoring is presented in the paper. The result of experimentation indicates that this method can efficiently compensate the effect of temperature and provide theoretic basis for online monitoring system.
