Abstract

In order to determine the the effective components of bioflocculant in F2, the core sequence of exoL was amplified from the F2 genome by the method of the homologous sequence. exoL is one of the important genes in succinoglycan biosynthesis. The sequenced result indicated that the core sequence of exoL in F2 had 100% homology with the main sequence of exoL in Agrobacterium tumefaciens str. C58.The conclusion was that exoL existed in the genome of F2 and one of the effective polysaccharide component of bioflocculant in F2 was succinoglycan.
