Abstract

This study aims to discuss the effect of emotion regulation on work engagement and apply the environmental service companies of spiritual leadership as the moderator. With questionnaire survey, employees in environmental service industry, as the research objects, are distributed 472 copies of questionnaire. Hierarchical regression analysis is applied to test the moderation effect of the environmental service companies of spiritual leadership on the relationship between emotion regulation and work engagement. The research results show that the environmental service companies of spiritual leadership would weaken the negative effect of emotion regulation in expressive suppression on work engagement. Practical suggestions are further proposed in this study.
