Abstract

A kind of multi-spectral pyrometer has been developed for large explosive environment. The fiber-optic long-distance transmission technique and fiber coupling technique have also been applied for the first time in the optical system design, which, to a large extent, reduces the anti-vibration, anti-explosion and anti-electromagnetic interference for the main body of the pyrometer. The pyrometer was used to measure the true temperature curve of TNT explosive. The analysis of its measurement uncertainty is also given.
