Abstract

By applying input-oriented C2R and super-efficiency DEA model, this paper analyzed the provincial- level R&D efficiency of China in the tenth-five period based on regional data. The results indicate that the provincial- level R&D efficiencies are in decline as a whole and the gap between provinces experiences a process that enlarged at first and then narrowed, and the overall distinction is obvious. On the basis of analyzing results above, we give some advices on further improving the provincial- level R&D efficiencies and narrowing the distinctions.
