Our findings highlight the importance of organizational learning culture and provide some guidelines for the firms to facilitate appropriate organizational culture, so as to enhance the intrinsic and extrinsic motivators of ERP users, promote the employees' fully utilization of the ERP software, and achieve business benefits with the assimilation of ERP systems.
