Abstract

The target of this article keeps a low-carbon energy-saving design approach as the main concept of build high-rise constructions in Beijing. Based on field research, testing and relevant real case studies, adopt the low-carbon as the main concept to discuss and re-scan the weaknesses of construction design under the energy saving target, point out the importance to consider improve the micro climate, change the layout plans of construction, composite and re-size the space and use the passive approach and low-carbon approach to achieve energy saving; advocating construction dismantling technology, composition of urban agriculture in energy saving on high-rise construction design; starting from the low-carbon concept to expanding and consummate the energy saving approach.
