Abstract
Two gratings are recorded in photorefractive crystal Ce: (K 0.5Na0.5)0.2(Sr0.61Ba 0.39)0.9 Nb2O6 (Ce: KNSBN) by angle-multiplexing and denoted as G1 and G2, respectively. It is found that the peak position of the diffraction efficiency η as a function of the angle between the two incident beams 2θ of G1 is at 44°. But if single grating in this crystal is recorded only, the peak position is at 36°. The result is theoretically explained by using a perturbative expanding method to the hopping model.
