Abstract

In this paper, THz-TDS was used for an environmentally friendly laminate based on agglomerated cork. Fast Fourier transform (FFT) was applied on the raw data to retrieve the phase and amplitude information. Then, a new amplitude polynomial fitting (APF) algorithm was proposed to improve the image performance. Finally, a comparative analysis was given to conclude the advantages of different applied methods.
