Abstract

Within the field of fiber, paper making, plastic and metal plating, one of the key techniques to guarantee the product quality is to control the winding tension of linear, strip and area materials. The tension changing pattern and the factors that influence the tension in the filament winding process were analyzed, and a program scheme for calculating the tension control torque was provided. The actual winding results show that the formula drawn is proper and reasonable, and the fluctuation rate of the yarn tension calculated by use of the formula is lower than 5%.
