The resolution and quantitative analysis of ultrasound images have achieved to a high level. Along with emerging IT technology such as tele-medicine, big data, cloud computing and robot technology, extending ultrasound application area by new platform, breaking out ordinary ultrasound limitation, has become ultrasound instrument development direction. Taking tele-ultrasound, ultrasound cloud computing technology and robot as topics, this paper summarize new specialties and development trend of ultrasound instrument including the technical difficulties and real market application obstruction and try to explore future study direction cross medicine and information processing and cloud computing.",
