Tactics research of large residential area in urban fringe

With more and more large-scale inhabited region developed in the urban fringe of our country at present, because of its large area and located in the urban fringe, a lot of problems existed in the development, so how to finish urban fringe large-scale inhabited region's planning and design become top priority of us. This paper starts with the current situation of large-scale inhabited region of urban fringe of our country at present, sums up current situation and characteristic of large-scale inhabited region of urban fringe. And then on the foundation of analysis the existing problem in the course of it, combined the urban rural planning and design of inhabited region of Daqing, the author proposed the following planning and design measures: Holding the inhabited region planning from the macroscopical aspect, and paying more attention to the urban area integrated design; Introducing modern thought of planning, instructing the inhabited region planning with market-oriented thought; Introducing the thought of mixed inhabiting, building the pluralistic community. The author wants to offer reference to other similar planning and design of inhabited region of our country.
