Abstract
In order to improve the solubility of Ta(CH3CH2OH)5, Sr(CH3COO)2, Bi(NO3)3 in ethylene glycol, the effect of the four kinds of complexes such as acetate, ethanolamine, pyridine, mannitol on the stability of solutions and the phase structure of powders was investigated through comparative analysis. XRD, TG-DTA and TEM were used to determine the phase, morphology and pyrolysis process of the powders. The results indicate that the steady homogenous solution of strontium bismuth tantalum can be prepared by the chemical solution decomposition process by adding ethanolamine as complex. The perovskite phase SBT powder of about 100 nm in diameter can be obtained after dried amorphous powder was treated at 300°C for 30 min and annealed at 800°C for 1 h. The pyrolysis process consists of the volatilization of solvent, the combustion of organic framework and the crystallization of SBT powder.
