Abstract

ZnSb2O4 equilateral nanotriangles are synthesized on silicon substrates by a chemical vapor deposition method using a mixture of ZnO powder and Sb powder as the precursors. Morphology and composition of ZnSb2O4 equilateral nanotriangles are characterized by field-emission scanning electron microscopy, high-resolution transmission electron microscopy and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy. The formation mechanism of ZnSb2O4 equilateral nanotriangles was proposed in this paper.
