Surface water vaporization model of air source heat pump defrosting based on experimental parameters

Research output: Contribution to journalArticlepeer-review

Abstract

This paper developed a dynamic hot gas defrosting model of air source heat pump. The model is based on distributed parameters of out side heat exchanger fin-tube surface temperature which was measured in a hot gas defrosting experimental process. Through solving the model, the defrosting characteristics of outside heat exchanger surface water vaporizing, the mass of vaporized water and the heat quantity of vaporizing and dry heating can be obtained. The method of combination of experimental parameters with computer simulation need not consider the heat exchange inside the fin-tube, which simplifies the calculation and ensures the reliability and precision of the model.
