Abstract
The complex space environments, such as plasma environment, meteoroid environment, and debris environment, can all affect the operation of spacecraft, which can easily cause random pulse loads. The dc power system distributes the subsequent loads through the long bus cable. If a pulsed load appears on the long bus cable, it will cause a high-frequency oscillation on the long bus cable of the dc power system. At present, most of the pulsed loads in the dc power systems refer to periodic pulsed power loads, while the random pulsed load on the bus cable is almost not covered. The random pulsed load has the characteristics of randomness, uncertainty, and no periodicity. The sampling frequency of telemetry data of the spacecraft dc power system is low, and the pulsed load response signal is difficult to capture. The damping oscillation will directly damage the distribution once the bus voltage encounters overvoltage or undervoltage conditions, which results in power loss of subsequent power modules. This article analyzes the mechanism and reasons for high-frequency oscillation in the spacecraft dc power system, and verifies the phenomenon of high-frequency oscillation by industrial dc power system and spacecraft dc power system. In this article, the method of suppressing the impact of random pulsed load on bus and improving the distribution quality in spacecraft dc power system are put forward to improve the reliability of spacecraft system.
