Abstract
Construction project emergency system is defined as a nonlinear complex system; and the evolution of sudden accident in construction project is a continuous process, which is able to be presented by a mathematical model called nonlinear differential equation. Through making an improvement on the Logistic model of emergency system, considering the inevitable external influence on the developing process of emergency system, this paper, combined with the affect of Heinrich principle on the sudden accident in a project, aim to put forward a T-S equation based emergency system evolution model, demonstrated the law and characteristic of emergency system in different stages, and proposed corresponding methods to upgrade the emergency ability of the system in various development stages.
