Abstract

In order to scientifically evaluate the water environment quality in the Harbin section of Songhua River, the section was divided into four regions by using gray correlation method based on the water environment functional zoning. The corresponding evaluation index system was set up by using the method of combining subjective and objective points. The water quality was evaluated by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and the rationality of index system was verified simultaneously. The results showed that the constructed index system could reflect the water environment quality in the Harbin section of Songhua River. Water qualities in all regions could meet the requirements of water environment functional zones except for the Ashi Estuary whese evaluation results was V class. The results of the study would be beneficial to promote the scientific management and effective utilization of water resources, and the method could provide a new idea for water environmental quality assessment.
