Abstract

Wrapped rib dish antenna is a kind of typical weak coupling periodic structure. Vibration mode localization of small disordered wrapped rib dish antenna was studied. The dynamics model of this kind of structure was established. It was easy to performance analysis and modeling of the structure by using the method. Simulation by the method above and ANSYS was conducted respectively. Numerical results show that small disorder of the structure can induce remarkable local resonance. The two simulation results have good consistency and the frequency errors between them are less than 3%.
