Abstract

Single-layer cable net glass curtain is the most advanced technique in dot point glazing that has been widely used in China. The performance of single-layer plane cable net glass curtain working in cooperation with glass panels is studied by experiments and numerical simulation. Parameter analysis method is used to discuss the influence of all factors on the stiffness of the structure. Theoretical model describing how glass panels work in cooperation with cable net under dynamic load is offered to bring about the base for the next experimental research.
