Study on the measurement of the dynamic misalignment angle of the centrifuge

Abstract

In the light of the problems in dynamic misalignment angle detection of the centrifuge, the misalignment angle measurement is presented. The main instrument is a dual-axis autocollimator. In the system, the vacuum optical path is used to shield the airflow to reduce the error due to air disturbance. The main links of the system are designed carefully and the errors are analyzed. Analysis and experiment show that the system uncertainty can be controlled within 0.2″.
