Study on the Income Distribution Problem of Collective Construction Land Transference under the Background of New-Type Urbanization

Abstract

This paper mainly describes income distribution and implementation mechanism problems regarding rural collective land transference. The article contains three parts. First, it discusses the research about rural collective construction land transference in home and abroad. Second, the paper discusses two main sources of land income and problems about income distribution, implementation and evaluation. Third, the paper discusses the subjects of income distribution, allocation proportion and implementation of a mechanism for income distribution. As a project supported by a national science and technology program of China, it is hoped that the results of the study will provide insights for policy-makers involved in rural collective construction land transference.
