Abstract
This paper aims at the issues which disturbs and causes the economic loss, including the large ecological carrying capacity, inability of drainage timely and influence of the cold climate of the storm flood system in cold cities. Based on the analysis of the drainage system classification and characteristics, the research synthetically considers the relevant factors to the urban water logging disaster, such as structure of drainage network, geomorphology and water distribution to explore the patterns of storm flood system from the prospects of rainwater recycling ang utilization and ecological construction of urban environment. Additionally the integrated solution project of district and level distribution and three-dimensional coupling design are put forward to realize the ecological construction of drainage system. This research is of great significance to the safety and stable operation of drainage system and flood protection in cold cities.
