Abstract
The problems existed in the measurement of dynamic misalignment angle in a precision centrifuge for inertial navigation is analyzed. A misalignment measuring system with dual-axis photo-electrical autocollimator as its core is proposed. A vacuum light path shielded from air stream is applied to the measuring system and thus the error caused by air disturbance is reduced. The error analysis and design have been carried out for various links of the measuring system. Theoretical analysis and analogue experiments carried out on the platform show that the measuring accuracy of the system is less than 0.2″.
