Study on the construction project IPD collaborative management based on Building Information Model

At present, due to the different aims of profits among participants in the process of construction, the management and decision based on the project common value can not be implemented. The existing modes of project management have many shortcomings, such as low work efficiency, cost overrun, time overrun, lots of safety accidents, and the causes of these shortcomings are mainly related with the project management modes. Based on the theory of IPD (Integrated Project Delivery), this paper presents the IPD mode of construction project with the building information model as the core, and designs the IPD cooperation management framework of construction project.
