Abstract

From the hydrodynamic and heat transfer governing equations of the flight derived the similarity criteria about the external flow field and internal heat transfer. On the basis of the existing aerodynamic similarity criteria, added the heat transfer similarity criteria under the complex coupling boundary of thermal conduction, radiation and convection. Considering the external and internal coupling heat transfer, the aerodynamic/thermal coupling similarity conditions under different working conditions were established and verified. The average relative errors between the results in aerodynamic calculations of the scaled model which are established by the similarity theory and the real aircraft model are less than 0.5%, and those between the models in the coupling heat transfer calculations are less than 1%. The results show that the similarity criteria obtained has great accuracy and feasibility, and can be used to guide the ground test of the aircraft.
