Abstract

Ni_0.35Zn_0.65Fe₂O₄ ferrites were synthesized by SHS method, replacing conventional presintered link, which was energy and time consuming. The microstructure and magnetic properties of Ni-Zn ferrites were characterized by XRD, SEM, etc. The magnetic properties of the products depended on the combustion temperature. Compared with conventional method, magnetic properties of SHS products are not inferior to conventional products and are expected to find industrial applications.
