Study on PI controller based on single neuron for DC variable speed system in mechanical vibration device

Abstract

The paper proposes a kind of PI controller based on single neuron controller, aiming at the characteristics of DC variable speed system in process of mechanical Vibratory Stress Relief and Vibration Welding. Speed neural controller is designed for DC variable speed system that has resonant load. Simulation experiments and real-time control results show that the control effects of this control system are satisfied. The system has not only good dynamic and static performance, but also high robustness and adaptive ability, and it is very suitable for real-time control.
