Abstract

The main technologies of the fixture design based on further development of Pro/ENGINEER are introduced, including insert standard parts based on Family Table, consumer custom parameter parts, and parameter assembly technologies. The system predigests the operation process for designer, and quickens the fixture assembly in Pro/ENGINEER, while the parameter function quickens the design process. Through these development and research, the efficiency of fixture assembly is wholly improved.
