Third , the author adopt method of dynamics analysis to explain knowledge innovation driving , analysis motivation synergy character ,synergy degree of modular motivation is defined and calculated according to the theory of Synergetic. the final segment of the paper provides an illustration with explanation on how motivation synergy planning is considered and selected. This paper suggests that modular motivation synergy strategy can provide a kind of way and path for inspiring knowledge innovation and enhance motivation effect. The paper shows the nature of motivation synergy, offers an explanation of optimized motivation planning.",
