And then form a Free Riding Problem, all the rural residents suffering from environmental pollution, but there are no one to complain the pollution. This paper will study the free riding problem in the environmental pollution complaints through the experimental economics research method, analyze the influencing factors how to influence free riding behavior, according to the various influencing factors to design free riding experiments. Using descriptive statistical analysis method and empirical analysis method to analyze the experimental data. According to the experimental results, this paper summarizes the factor that can effectively reduce the free riding behavior when rural residents complain the pollution, and gives policy recommendations to relative departments.
