Abstract

The analysis method using the section temperature deviation to judge droplet evaporation is adopted in this paper. For the purpose of studying and analyzing evaporation characteristics, temperature of the gas-liquid main region is measured with the temperature and humidity measurement device with double gas-pumping channel and section temperature netty measurement device. The effects of analytic means, gas-liquid ratio, flue gas temperature and velocity on evaporation characteristics is studied in detail. The results indicate that flue gas temperature has a great impact on the evaporation characteristics. When flue gas temperature varies from 120°C to 180°C, the main gas-liquid reaction region is cut by 34%. When gas-liquid ratio ascends from 0.1 to 0.3, the main gas-liquid reaction region is cut by at least 23.5%. Changes of fuel gas velocity barely affect the main reaction region. Low velocity is advantageous to ion absorbing reaction.
