Abstract

This paper takes LAI which is the key state variable of crop as combination point, achieve the assimilation between ALMANAC and MODIS LAI using simulated annealing algorithm. Compared Actual yield and assimilated ALMANAC's output, the result shows that assimilation is a feasible way to yield estimation, the result also shows that the number of external data assimilation has great impact on simulation.
