Abstract
In this paper, we showed that the membrane's average oil content, which cannot be tested at a 100% removal rate, is 0.04 mg/L after filtration. The average suspended solids content is 0.49 mg/L, and the median particle diameter is 0.788 μm. The treated water met the reinjection quality standards for the extra-low permeability layer of the Daqing oilfield enterprises and industrial production standards; thus, the processing technique used for the reinjection of this oily wastewater into the extra-low permeability oil layer is acceptable. To guarantee the sustainable development of the residential environment surrounding the oilfield, we developed an integrated processing technique for use in an oilfield environment situated near a residential area consisting of the following steps: raw water → oxidation and aeration → double flotation → filtration → membrane separation → water production → depth treatment of the artificial wetland system.
