Abstract

A1₂O₃ and SiC green tape with 0.2mm thickness used tor LOM were prepared trom a 48 vol % ceramic suspension in a LDPE based organic vehicle by extrusion technique. Rheological characterization of alumina suspension was performed. Differential thermal analysis and SEM micro-structure analysis of green tape were completed.
